Great product you cannot go wrong
Another fantastic productIt’s amazing. I am working on my boat in a Boat YardAnd it’s unbelievable how many people do not realize they’re stainless steel zip ties out thereI use them sometimes for hose clamps and things like that but that’s a terrific product works great. You’re not wasting any money if you don’t have one of these, then you’re wasting your time with plastic zip ties, especially on a boat or any place like fencing where you really need the zip tie to hold up for a long period of time.

These are so much better than plastic zip ties and the tool becomes a breeze once you do a few and figure out the mechanics. I love a good carry bag and those snips are SHARP. It has held up during the construction of multiple chicken runs and hundreds of metal ties. Works great.

Much better than using plastic tie wraps
Our Husky is an escape artist. I used these to anchor 3′ wire fencing to 3′ extension on our 3′ fron yard perimeter fence. It has worked well. However, this weekend he decided to pull on the 3′ wire fencing on our 12′ car gate, which was anchored only with plastic tie wraps. Never thought he’d tryprying that loose, but he did and got out. Fortunately, he was only in the neiggbor’s yard and came back when called. So, I immediately got out the tool and metal straps, doubled up on the extra 3′ high wire fence extension and used these to make a secure addition like that in the front yard. Cosmo, uor dog, is now safe and secure if not as happy…

The tool pulls the metal ties strong. About 90% of the metal ties worked well. The other 10% had an issue with the grasp. The scizzors are flimsy and does not consistently cut through the metal ties. If you are cutting the metal ties, get a metal cutter for finishing your work. 4 stars since the add on / bonus product was subpar.

The ultimate zip tie
Look I’m a zip tie addict, I try to solve all problems with zip ties and these metal ones take things to an entirely different level. I’ve had cases where even the highest rated plastic zip ties would snap resulting in my having to use a bunch of them for added strength. This worked if I had the space to do so but also looked bad as well.These metal ones can take a lot and the use of the tool makes them extremely easy to setup and use.Now the one thing I will say is while the cutters work well to trim the tie it does leave a sharp edge so I hit that with my cordless Dremel tool to take the edge off but if you don’t want to bother just keep that in mind if skin will brush against the cut end because it will cut you. Ask my forearm.

They’re better than rope, and better than plastic zip ties. I love them.
I never knew these existed. Now that I know they exist I don’t think I’ll ever buy another plastic one. I was going to put up really nice english ivy printed tarp around the fence to stop my dachshund from seeing the dogs he always barks at. Their reviews said not to trust the rope that came with them, I already didn’t trust plastic zip ties to last, so I ‘hoped’ there might be steel one… why yes, apparently for years. I am not a fan of their marketing. They’ve been on the market since the 1970s and with reasonable marketing I’d have been buying them for the last 50 years. People, you’re leaving a lot of money on the table for the plastic zip ties.

The steel zip ties will hold up well for exterior use, and won’t sun rot as plastic ones do. The set comes with gloves, snippers, 100 steel zip ties, and the application tool. They all seem heavy duty, and I’m quite impressed with the quality so far.
